In The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for the Wii, you can unlock Hero Mode for an extra challenge.
In Hero Mode, you take twice as much damage, and hearts and flowers won’t show up unless you’re carrying a Heart Medal, however the Sheikah Stone will grant you all of the hints, and you’ll start the game with a fully powered Skyward Strike. Boss Rush mode will also include the final boss.
To unlock Hero Mode, you just need to beat the game and start a new game.
