In The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D for the Nintendo 3DS, you can unlock Light Arrows, which are twice as powerful as Fire or Ice Arrows, but cost twice as much magic to shoot.
To unlock Light Arrows, you need to beat all Temples, then talk to Shiek (aka Princess Zelda).
