All you have to do is beat the game in under 5 hours. This is a cumulative amount as well, you don’t have to go through the entire game in one sitting, you simply need to play all levels through in a total time of under five hours, no matter how many tries it takes. This should be possible on any difficulty, and you don’t have to get any certain rank like some sites out there tell you.
Once you beat this criteria, it should show up in the Bonus Features setting to purchase for no points. After that simply make sure that infinite ammo is on in Special Features, which only needs to be done once so it should still be on if you’ve turned it on for other weapons.
Also make sure that infinite ammo is turned on when you start a new game, on the same screen that you select your network settings.
