There are several character skins that can be unlocked in Gears of War: Judgement on the Xbox 360.
Some are exclusive, primarily for Season Pass holders, but most of these are unlocked with prize boxes, so most will be fairly random.
Don’t forget to check out the Gears of War: Judgement DLC on Ebay. There are a ton of people selling their pre-order and other exclusive codes if you didn’t get a chance to pre-order the game.

Bee – Randomly unlocked with a Rare Prize Box
Cel-Shaded – Randomly unlocked with an Epic Prize Box
Chrome – Randomly unlocked with a Normal Prize Box
Copper – Randomly unlocked with a Normal Prize Box
Gold – Randomly unlocked with a Rare Prize Box
Mummy – Randomly unlocked with an Epic Prize Box
Skeletal – Earn 80 stars in Campaign mode
Exclusive Character Skins
Arctic – Become a VIP Member (purchase Season Pass)
Brisk – Exclusive promotion from Brisk
Big Game – Become a VIP Member (purchase Season Pass)
Dark Carnival – Become a VIP Member (purchase Season Pass)
Plaid – Become a VIP Member (purchase Season Pass)
