In Gears of War: Judgement for the Xbox 360, the hot blonde Anya Stroud is available as a DLC character that you can use in Multiplayer matches.
The problem however is that Anya Stroud was only available as a pr-order from Wal-Mart.
If you still want to get Anya Stroud though you’re in luck, because people sell their DLC codes on Ebay, and that’s probably the only way you’re going to be able to get one at this point, unless they release them as DLC purchases in the future.
