In Gears of War: Judgement for the Xbox 360, there is a Paintball weapon skin that you can unlock that makes your Lancer looks like it was blasted with a bunch of colorful paintballs.
There is a catch though, since the Paintball skin was only available as a pr-order bonus from Expertzone.
If you still want the Paintball weapon skin however you’re in luck, because people sell their DLC codes on Ebay.
