In Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, you can unlock Mecha-Frieza as a playable character.
To unlock Mecha-Frieza, you’ll need to beat Meta-Cooler’s boss mission in Galaxy Mode.
