In Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, there is a nice sized list of characters you can unlock by doing certain things in the game. Most of them are done by beating boss missions in Galaxy Mode with certain characters, but one is unlocked a little differently.
There may be multiple ways to unlock some characters, so please only leave corrections in the comments if you know that one of these does not work.
