In Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, you can unlock SS3 Vegeta as a playable character.
To unlock SS3 Vegeta, you’ll need to beat Majin Vegeta’s boss mission in Galaxy Mode.
