The Vespid LE is a Bonus vehicle you can unlock in Watch Dogs.
It’s the only real “bonus” vehicle I’ve heard about so far that is unlocked outside of doing the main story mission.
To unlock the Vespid LE, you’ll need to find all eight Burner Phones hidden throughout the game.
