In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, Â if you want to cure your lycanthropy (remove the werewolf effect) for good, there is only one way to do it.
Near the end of The Companions quest chain that originally turned you into a werewolf, there is a quest called The Rite of the Wolf Giver that will remove the lycanthropy effect for good.
Note that once cured of lycanthrophy, you will never be able to get it again to become a werewolf.
