In Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City for the PS3 and Xbox 360, getting an S rank is hard enough, but now there is an S+ rank as well that is even harder.
Getting an S rank is based on several factors. Kills, difficulty, deaths, collectibles found, par time, and how many other people you’re playing with. The more people you’re playing with, the better you’ll have to do.
Each level has different requirements to get an S rank, and you can check them before you start the level. In order to get an S+ rank, you need to beat each requirement.
You may as well get used to playing on the Professional difficulty, because that’s what you’ll need to play on to get an S+ rank.
Most stats just need to be beaten to get an S+ rank, however par time can be quite different. There are some levels in which you need to beat the par time by several minutes to get an S+ rank.
Don’t expect to get an S+ rank on your first try, because it’s probably not going to happen. You’re going to need to memorize the level, know exactly where every collectible is, know where each enemy is located, and do it all in a ridiculous amount of time on the hardest difficulty without dying. Needless to say, this will be no walk in the park.
