Healing yourself and your partners in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City for the PS3 and Xbox 360 is a bit different than in the previous versions. You don’t have a real inventory like you did before, so you can’t mix herbs like you did in Resident Evil 5.
Simply picking up herbs in this game will heal you automatically if you need any health at all. If you are at full health, you can’t pick them up.
You can also hold one first aid spray to heal yourself and any of your group members standing near by. If you have a first aid spray, press left on the d-pad to use it. Be careful, because it will go off right as you select it.
