Red Dead Redemption: Easy Knife Task Hunting Challenge

In Red Dead Redemption for Xbox 360 and PS3, there is a Hunting Challenge where you have to kill an animal with a knife. It sounds difficult, but the trick is that you don’t have to fully kill the animal with the knife. Simply find an animal that you would have to shoot a couple times with a decent weapon (like a bear), shoot until it’s almost dead then finish it off with the knife. You’ll get credit since you actually killed it with your knife.
