There is only one sure fire way to change your summoner name in League of Legends, and it will cost you a minimum of 10 US dollars.
When you log into the client and have purchased at least 1300 Riot Points, you can click on the Orange chest at the top, then click on the “Other” tab. Here you can purchase a summoner name change.
Remember that anything offensive will be flagged for a name change, but you may not be able to choose what name you get to change it to, or even if you will be able to keep the account as it may be banned. So use this as a warning when changing your summoner name, because the last thing you want to do is lose the hard earned work you’ve put into your account.
