There are a lot of unlockable costumes in Injustice: Gods Among us on the PS3, WiiU, and Xbox 360.
Some of them require access to the Injustice: Gods Among Us game on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, etc.) which I have listed separately.
I’ll be adding more to this list as I find them, so if I have missed any please leave me a comment so I can look into it.

Unlockable Costumes
Boss Grundy – Complete Classic Battle Mode with any character
Godfall Superman – Complete Story Mode with any character
Lex Luthor Alternate – Complete S.T.A.R. Labs with at least one star
New 52 Flash – Create a WB ID, or login to your WB account if you already have one
Yellow Lantern Alternate – Win a ranked online match
Unlockable Costumes From Archives
At the Main Menu, go to Bonus Features – Archives – Costumes and you’ll see a list of costumes that you can unlock with Armor Keys, which you get from simply playing the game in the various different modes, as well as from leveling up. Each costume costs an Armor Key, so you’ll need to play a little while to unlock all of them.
Aquaman Regime – Unlocked in the Archives for 1 Armor Key
Ares Regime – Unlocked in the Archives for 1 Armor Key
Bane Regime – Unlocked in the Archives for 1 Armor Key
