In Duke Nukem Forever for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, there is a secret door in the strip club (aka Titty City) that you need a code to open.
Go behind the bar in Titty City to find the locked door. Enter 4768 to open the door. Inside you’ll find a beer which you need to drink for the Party Animal achievement / trophy, along with a porn movie starring the Duke.
