In Alice: Madness Returns for the PS3 and Xbox 360, there are several dresses you can unlock that can modify stats and various drop rates of items.
Here are the dresses you can unlock, and what you need to do to unlock them:
Classic Dress – Regains health when shrunk, complete Chapter 6 “Infernal Train” to unlock
Misstitched Dress – Shrink Sense duration doubled, complete Chapter 5 “The Dollhouse” to unlock
Royal Suit Dress – Health limited to 4 roses total, complete Chapter 4 “Queensland” to unlock
Silk Maiden Dress – Enemies drop twice as many teeth, complete Chapter 3 “Oriental Grove” to unlock
Siren Dress – Enemies drop twice as many roses, complete Chapter 2 “Deluded Depths” to unlock
Steam Dress – Breakables drop more teeth and roses, complete Chapter 1 “Hatter’s Domain” to unlock
