In Dragon’s Dogma for the PS3 and Xbox 360, you can get out of jail a couple different ways.
First, you can bribe the guards, but who wants to spend money doing that every time?
A much cheaper way is to keep skeleton keys on hand at all times. Skeleton keys stay on your person when you are sent to jail, so you will always be able to get out of jail if you have a couple skeleton keys on you. You’ll need at least two every time, so make sure you at least have that many.
To make a skeleton key, you just need to combine shackles with a piece of ore. You’ll find shackles all over. Lying around in dungeons, dropped from various mobs, etc.
Alternatively, if you don’t want to go to jail at all, then do what I do and “Save Early, Save Often”. If you always have a recent saved game to revert to, you’ll never have to go to jail at all.
