The Steady Aim perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and PC is a helpful perk if you are a run and gunner that doesn’t use a lot of ADS since it increases your accuracy when firing from the hip. This perk is also a major help for duel wielding pistols, since duel wielding significantly decreases accuracy.
The Steady Aim Pro perk gives you the added benefit of being able to aim down the sight faster after sprinting, and recovering more quickly from your knife lunges. This perk is sometimes overlooked, but this can help you ADS users as well since if you think about what you’re normally doing.. you’re probably sprinting then aiming.. sprinting then aiming.
Don’t forget that you need to purchase the Steady Aim Pro perk upgrade after it’s unlocked for 3,000 COD points.

Hip Fire Kills — Get 150 hip fire kills using Steady Aim
I don’t really have much of a suggestion here, just equip your favorite gun and hip fire away.
Quick Melee — Melee two enemies consecutively within 5 seconds
This one can be a little tough, but possible. Probably easiest in team objective matches and with the Ghost perk enabled. It’s very hard to plan, so you’re going to need a little bit of luck. I’ve done this one several times completely by accident. I sprint into a room and an enemy is right in front of me.. bam, knifed.. then another comes around the corner and he’s knifed too.
Sprint Kills — Get 100 kills after sprinting
You’re probably always sprinting then aiming, so this one will come naturally with a little bit of time.
