In Minecraft, you have to ignite TNT in order to make it explode and blow some sh*t up.
There are a couple different ways to set off your TNT to start your mayhem addiction.
TNT just simply needs a trigger, whether it’s from fire, an explosion nearby (you can chain together a bunch of TNT this way), or by using switches connected to Redstone Wire.
Any of these methods will work. You can even simply place a Pressure Plate on top of a TNT block to set it off, making an effective trap, since anyone on top of the pressure plate will blow up along with it. Be careful though, because TNT will destroy a lot of surrounding blocks, and I don’t suggest you being the one to stand on the pressure plate.
A simpler way to set off TNT however is just by using Flint & Steel. There is a short delay from the time you ignite the TNT until it explodes, giving you enough time to walk up and ignite the TNT with your Flint & Steel, then RUN LIKE HELL BITCH CAUSE YOU BOUT TA DIE!!
