In the game Spore, if you don’t want to complete all prerequisites in order to unlock new levels, there is a cheat to unlock all levels
1)  Hold Ctrl+Shift+C at the main menu to bring up the console
2) Type in levels -unlock and hit enter
3) Hit the escape key or click on the red x to close the console
This should allow you to play any level when you start a new game.
