In DragonVale for the Android and iOS systems (iPhone and iPad, etc.), the Amethyst Dragon will be the tenth Gemstone Dragon to be introduced in the game, representing the month of February. Being a Gemstone dragon, it earns gems instead of gold and can not mate at all.
The Amethyst Dragon has a base breeding time of 28 hours, sells for 1,500,000 gold, and earns 100,000 XP upon successful breeding at level 14.
To get the Amethyst Dragon, breed a Hail Dragon with a Sonic Dragon during the month of February.
