There are sixteen bonus matches in WWE 13 that correlate to historic matches from the past.
Unlocking these bonus matches just requires playing through the Attitude Era (which replaces the previous Road to Wrestlemania mode), but this list will help you to see which match is unlocked at what part of the story.
