In Virtua Tennis 4 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, you can unlock Duke as a playable character.
To unlock Duke, you need to beat Arcade Mode as a male player without losing a single game. Instead of an exhibition match appearing at the end Arcade Mode, a special match message will appear and you will play against Duke. Beat him to unlock him as a playable character.
