You can enable or disable your pets from having Free Will in Sims 2 Pets for the PC.
1. While in the game playing, press CTRL + Shift + C.
2. Type boolprop PetsFreeWill true and press Enter to enable Free Will. Type boolprop PetsFreeWill false and press Enter to disable it.
