In Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D for the Nintendo 3DS, you can unlock them bonus Ex missions to play through.
To unlock the Ex missions, you just need to beat the game with at least B ranks on all levels. Once the credits roll, you should see that you have access to the Ex missions.
