In Resident Evil 4-Wii Edition for the Wii, there are alternate outfits you can choose for playing in mercenaries mode with Ada and Leon.
When choosing a character, you simply hold a button, or buttons, while clicking the A button to select them:
Leon in a Jacket – Hold 1 and press A
Leon in a Suit – Hold + and 1 and press A
Leon’s RPD Uniform – Hold + and press A
Ada’s Assignment Ada Costume – Hold + and press A
Ada’s Separate Ways Costume – Hold 1 and press A
