In NBA 2K11 for the PS3, PC, Xbox 360, Wii, you can unlock the NBA 2K Development Team to play with.
To unlock the 2K Development Team, go to the Main Menu and go to Features, then Extras, then select Codes. Type in nba2k as the code to unlock them.
