In Medal of Honor: Warfighter for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, you elite types can unlock Hardcore Mode, which takes away all of the checkpoints in the game so that if you die, you have to start the whole chapter over.
To unlock Hardcore Mode, you just need to beat the game on Hard difficulty.
