In Mass Effect 3 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, you can reset your powers and redistribute your points to other skills, also known as respeccing.
To reset your powers, you just need to visit the medical bay on the Normandy. The last table on the right will allow you to respec to rest your powers.
Note that your first respec is always free, but you’ll pay every time after that.
