In Marvel: Ultimate Alliance for the PS3 and Xbox 360, there is a cheat to unlock all of the costumes in the game. Note that once this cheat is turned on, you won’t be able to save your game, so you’ll have to restart the game to save again.
During regular gameplay, hit the following using the d-pad for directions: Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Start
