In Lost Planet 2 for the Xbox 360, you can unlock Albert Wesker from Resident Evil 5 as a playable character. All you have to do is have a Resident Evil 5 saved game on your xbox and he will be available.
You do have to beat the campaign mode at least once to unlock the use of custom characters in campaign mode however before you will be able to use him. Once you unlock this mode you’ll hit X on the character select screen, and you should see it under the outfit presets on the clothing customization screen.
