In Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, destroying weapons, armor, and other items isn’t exactly straight forward. There isn’t an option to destroy anything in the regular menu, so how do you destroy items?
The first step to destroy items is to mark them as junk. When you have an item selected in any of the inventory screens, you’ll see a prompt at the bottom to mark that item as junk. On Xbox 360 it should be the Y button, and on PS3 it should be Triangle.
Once an item is marked as junk, go to to the main inventory screen and open the junk category. From here you can destroy individual items with Y on Xbox 360 or Triangle on PS3, or you can destroy all junk items by pressing X on the Xbox 360, or Square on PS3.
