In Infinity Blade 2 for the iPhone and iPad, you can unlock New Game Plus (aka NG+) to continue playing through the game at your current level, however your items and gold will reset.
In order to unlock New Game Plus, you just need to beat the game at least once.
Some people have reported that you may need to watch the credits entirely to get credit for this.
Once New Game Plus is unlocked, you should see the option at the bottom of the screen when you go to create a new game.
