In Guitar Hero World Tour for the PS3, PS2, Wii and Xbox 360, you can unlock Johnny Viper with this cheat code.
1. From the Main Menu, select Options > Cheats > Enter Cheat.
2. Play the following on guitar:
Blue, Red, Blue, Blue, Yellow, Yellow, Yellow, Green
