In Guitar Hero World Tour for the PS3 and Xbox 360, you can unlock all of the songs with this cheat code.
1. From the Main Menu, select Options > Cheats > Enter Cheat.
2. Play the following on guitar:
Blue, Blue, Red, Green, Green, Blue, Blue, Yellow
All the songs will then be unlocked for you to play.
