In Gears of War: Judgement for the Xbox 360, Alex Brand is available as a a DLC character that you can use in Multiplayer matches.
There is a catch though, since Alex Brand was only available as a pr-order bonus from Best Buy.
If you still want to get Alex Brand though you’re in luck, because people sell their DLC codes on Ebay. This will likely be the only way to get Alex Brand as well, unless they release her as a purchasable DLC character in the future.
