To unlock the Lightning gamer picture in Final Fantasy XIII for Xbox 360, you must obtain the Superstar achievement by earning a 5 star ranking on the final form of the final boss. Please note that this only applies to the final form, you do not have to earn a 5 star ranking on all of his forms to get this achievement.
