Problems finding the Power Armor in Fallout 3?
It’s located in the Citadel Lab where the Brotherhood of Steel are stationed. You also have to ask Elder Lyons for permision to be trained to wear it.
There are also people wearing Power Armor around Enclave, The Outcast and the Brotherhood of Steel.
