In DragonVale for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch, the Paper Dragon was available during the first anniversary of the DragonVale game, which was on September 13th, 2012, and ran through September 24th, 2012.
Since paper represents the first anniversary, it’s unsure whether this dragon will be available again or not.
The Paper Dragon was bred by mixing two dragons containing a total of all four elements of cold, plant, fire, and earth.
