In DragonVale for the iPhone and iPad, the Cactus Dragon is a dragon with both plant and lightning attributes.
To get a Cactus Dragon, you just need to mix a plant dragon with a lightning dragon. These two types of dragons weren’t originally able to mix, but they added this one in March of 2012.
