In DiRT 3 for the Xbox 360, there are four avatar awards you can unlock to decorate your avatar with.
Here are the avatar awards you can unlock, and what you need to do to unlock them.
Racing Gloves – Get Fan Level 24
Racing Shoes – Get Fan Level 12
Racing Suit – Complete Season 1
Rally Helmet – Complete Season 2
