In Destiny, Grimoire cards are collectible cards that give typically receive during missions, and not only give you some glimmer, but also a little bit of back story to the world of Destiny.
There are also some hidden grimoire cards that can be collected by using some codes on the Destiny redemption page.
Simply sign in, or sign up for a Bungie account, and then redeem the codes listed below to unlock the grimoire card.
