In Dead Rising 2 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, there are a five combo cards you receive from saving survivors. Here is a list of combo cards, and who you must save to receive them.

IED (Propane Tank + Box of Nails) – Save LaShawndra Dawkins in Royal Flush Plaza right outside the entry to the safe house, not case related
Power Guitar (Electric Guitar + Amplifier) – Save the members of Angel Lust in the case “Rock Heroes”, day 2 at 4am
Plate Launcher (Cement Saw + Plates) – Go to KokoNutz Sports Town (P110) in the Palisades Mall on Day 3 at 6am for the Tape it or DIE mission and bring them a Cement Saw and Plates.
Blazing Aces (Tennis Racquet + Tiki Torch) – If you completed the first Tape it or DIE mission, you will get a call on Day 4 at 9:15am to go back to KokoNutz Sports Town (P110) in the Palisades Mall to save them from zombies.
Exsanguinator (Vacuum Cleaner + Saw Blade) – If you completed the first Tape it or DIE mission, you will get a call on Day 4 at 9:15am to go back to KokoNutz Sports Town (P110) in the Palisades Mall to save them from zombies.
