There is a Bikes magazine in Dead Rising 2 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC that will make any bike type vehicles you use last three times longer, even the combo bikes.
The Bikes magazine is located in Slot Ranch Casino, in a side room off of the northern most room on the map.
