The Flak Jacket perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and PC is a nice little perk that helps you stay alive through explosive damage that isn’t a direct hit. Grenades, Claymores, etc. won’t kill you as long as they’re not right at your feet.
The Flak Jacket Pro perk upgrade adds the extra benefits of being immune to fire damage, and resetting the timer on Frag Grenades when you pick them up to throw them back.
Don’t forget that you need to purchase the Flak Jacket Pro perk upgrade after it’s unlocked for 3,000 COD points.

Demolished — Plant or defuse 10 bombs in Demolition, Sabotage, or Search & Destroy
Simply play those types of objective games a lot and you should eventually get this one with time. If you’re having problems with this one, try to play with some friends to help cover you while you’re the objective runner.
Protected — Survive 10 explosions while using Flack Jacket
This one should come in time with little to no effort. The count will keep climbing with more grenades and Claymores you survive through, so just keep playing with the Flak Jacket perk turned on.
Throwbacks — Throw back 5 enemy Frag grenades
This one might take a bit of luck and patience. You just need to be extra aware of grenades coming around you. Listen for them to call them out, find them quickly, and hit your grenade button fast to throw it back. You don’t need to get a kill with it luckly, you just need to throw it.
