In Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, you can the Vaticano Flag map for purchase from the Art merchant to make your collection process a bit easier.
To unlock the Vaticano Flag map, you’ll need to collect 25 Borgia flags, or beat the game.
