In Batman: Arkham City for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, you can unlock New Game Plus to play through the game again and keep your experience and gadgets. New Game Plus will also remove counter icons on thugs, thugs will have different configurations, also thugs and bosses will be more difficult.
To unlock New Game Plus, you just need to beat the game on Normal or Hard difficulty.
