In Fable 3 for the Xbox 360, you can unlock the ability to dye your tattoos, though it’s not in the sanctuary like the rest.
In Aurora, you’ll find a quest to collect 30 Auroran flowers. Once you collect all of the Auroran flowers, you’ll be able to dye your tattoos at the temple in Aurora. The colors to choose from will be blue, purple, green, red, orange, or yellow.
